3 Cycle Challenges 2021 - Set 1 Info
The three challenges you will be entered into are to complete 10k, 20k and 50k of cycling in separate sessions between 1st January 2021 and 31st December 2021. You can choose to submit your best effort of each distance or simply your first time achieving it. So long as you have cycled that distance in a single session you can submit your time for it and claim your award. These can be completed on a regular bike, on a turbo trainer or static bike.
Awards
For successful completion of each of the three challenges you will receive a commemorative challenge coin which will be sent by post. All awards will be sent to the address on the your account within 30 days of submission for each challenge. Awards are not guaranteed - they are sent only on successful completion of the challenge and submission of the results by the deadline.
Submissions
Challengers will need to use our 10k 2021, 20k 2021 and 50k 2021 Cycle Challenge online submissions forms to inform us of their session details. We will need the date of the activity and the time of the 10k/20k/50k cycle ride. Session details can be recorded using a cycle computer, fitness watch or app such as Strava/Map my Ride or manually using a watch and pre-mapped route (eg using google maps). The submission form can be found both on the submissions page and also will be sent to the challenger via email when they sign up. The results table will be on the challenge page and is interactive. The results table position for the challenge is determined by time.
Our challenges are honesty based and require challengers to accurately and honestly record and submit their own results.
Deadlines
All cycling for the 10k, 20k and 50k challenges must be completed by the end of 31st December 2021. All results must be submitted by 5th January 2022 - results submitted after this date or challenges not completed will not be included in the results table and the awards will not be sent.
